*Special note to the web masters looking for clip art to add to their clip art collection. Do not put any of these images in a clip art collection!*

I've been around the Internet a few times, and I've seen every excuse in the world for not abiding by terms. And I have low tolerence, and absolutely no patience for those that break terms of any graphics artist, even a graphics artist offering clip art for download like myself. The words below are for those that have no intention of linking back, or those that want to go against terms of not putting the graphics in a clip art collection, or breaking my terms in any way.

Abide by the terms or take a hike, it's that simple. Leave the graphics here on your way out, if you can't respect the time and energy to get the graphics on line for you to use.

The images are *not* royalty free, and are *not* public domain. Please do not take this the wrong way, as I mean this nicely but... *If you are looking for those types of images and my terms are not relaxed enough for you... then maybe it's time you bought a graphics CD?* Buying a clip art CD is the *right route to go*, if you are looking for freedom from linking back. You are welcome to use the clip art if you are willing to agree to terms of use. But there comes a time with every graphics artist, when it's time to purchase your first CD. Maybe if you are getting to the stage that you don't want to link back, then maybe you are ready now to buy your first CD? Texas Rose Graphics Clip Art CD's are handchosen by myself as being the best the Internet has to offer. I've also checked pricing, and the prices are great! You can spend as little as $5.99 and own your first graphics CD. Or you can do like I have, and spend a whole bunch on them, LOL. So please don't be angry that the images are not royalty free, or that a non buried link is requested. These catagories take *alot* of time to put online, and you are offended I ask for a link? I'd rather stand out in the rain hopping on one leg and squack like a chicken, than deal with a person with that additude!

How are my terms relaxed? First I don't mind the images being used for commerical purposes, as long as terms are abided by. See the terms page. I don't mind the images being used for collections, as long as it's *not* a clip art collection, and as long as terms are abided by, see terms.

Now... feel good about doing the right thing by linking back *properly*, and enjoy the graphics. Remember when you were young and you didn't want to go anywhere but your Mom and Dad made you, then when you went you ended up having a really good time? Same thing. So stop complaining and let's make graphics.
