Terms of clip art use:

Downloading images is an agreement to these terms, and an agreement that you have read and understand them.

The Rules Are Simple
  • A link on the middle to the top of your main page covers your link for all clip art, just use the Texas Rose Graphics button to link with. This now includes the Cafe (a private URL for groups).
  • Have fun browsing the clip art and images!
  • Link back to Texas Rose Graphics so others can enjoy :) Please do not link to the clip art pages directly. But rather to the main entrance at www.chez.com/jeannie
  • You can link back using the button and code below, if you want a subtle link just use the button. You don't have to say the clip art or images came from Texas Rose Graphics, any text or wording you'd like to give your guests is up to you. You may want to put the button on your main page and index page to the image collection, that also is up to you, and I trust you'll give the link a spot of where it can be noticed. You can even link on several of your pages if you like, just please do not bury it on a links page.
  • This site is *not* public domain, do not take the images to put in a clip art/images collection of your own. If you want your own clip art CD's, you can browse clip art CD's for purchase from Texas Rose Graphics, Clip Art CD's and Wish List pages.
  • If you use the clip art don't be shy, I'd love to see what you've made or link to your pages.
  • These images are *not* royalty free and they are *not* public domain. It's linkware, meaning you need to link back via the terms stated on this page.
  • Do not bury the link.
  • See me for specifics on non web use, there are extreme limits with non web published items.
  • No hate or porn sites please

*Special note to the web masters looking for clip art to add to their clip art collection. Do not put any of these images in a clip art collection!*


How the images can be used:
  • Make graphics with them! *chuckle*
  • Make background sets or background collections
  • Makes tubes, brushes, presets, PI objects etc., or collections in these catagories
  • Make Outlook Stationary or Outlook Stationary Collections
  • Make Calling Cards and Signatures or Calling Card or Signature collections
  • Why offer the images? Because as a graphics artist I understand Graphics artists need to have collections to showcase their work, and they need clip art and images. All I ask is you do not put them in another clip art collection, and that you link back so others can find this site. Meaning I need your help, and I'm willing to help you, it's simple. Texas Rose Graphics encourages you to also buy your first graphics CD from our on line store, I have hand picked the best graphics CD's out there for you to browse thru, as only a graphics artist can. From one graphics artist to another please abide by the terms of linking back, but please use Texas Rose Graphics to supply you with clip art, and information on where to get the best Clip Art CD's. As you can see, any collection besides a clip art collection is fine, and I have tried to be very generous in the rules and guidelines. How to Navigate the Collections

Each collection will open as a seperate window on your browser. This new window will show the catagory you clicked on, and the first page of the thumbnails in that catagory. To download an image, LEFT click on the thumbnail to open the image, then right click once the image has loaded to save to your computer.

Click on the page links within your selected catagory to browse that catagory. Then when finished, close the window to return to this page.

How to keep track of images downloaded

Make a folder on your computer called texasrose, and remember where the folder is stored on your harddrive. Put all the images you download from Texas Rose Graphics, into that folder, and only put images download from this site in this folder.

Now, download this text file. In the text file is URL (site address), so that you will have the URL later when it comes time to link back. Save the zip in the same folder with the images, then unzip the text file in that same folder. Once unzipped, you can read the text file using Notepad. To open the text file with Notepad, go to START on the taskbar, then PROGRAMS, then ACCESSORIES, then click on NOTEPAD. Click FILE on the Notepad toolbar, and click OPEN, now find the unzipped text file on your computer and click open. The text file has my email, the URL for linking back, and also the Texas Rose Graphics URL incase you need some help.

Do you like the background tiles used on this page? I have 690 seamless background tiles for you to choose from on another page on this site via the links in the drop down menu and text links at the bottom of the main pages. These two particular tiles are very special, they are a batch of 50 tiles I made and sent over for selection to a friend that is making a S.I.D.'s awareness/memorial site for her son that would have been 4 years old this June 16th, 2000.
